Beautiful home. My dog loved it. Bring a loud white noise machine to put by the camera in the main living room facing out the window towards the road. There is a camera trained over your parking and the smoking section out front. The local police will avoid coming to the scene to address the hidden camera.

My apologies for the camera in the living room window facing the street, we use it while the house is vacant for a motion detector for the yard. We remove it before a guest arrives. I simply forgot to remove it prior to your arrival.

We really enjoyed are stay in Arvada. Very clean accommodations, four bedrooms and pet friendly! Our German shepherd totally took advantage of the green space, frolicking in the garden and exploring beyond. Kenneth, the host, was very kind and helpful. His communications throughout our stay were truly appreciated and showed he is a very kind and considerate person. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to book here.

The house was immaculate and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked.Parking off the alley was convenient, especially with the carport. The host responded to messages promptly and allowed us to check out at noon.There is no air conditioning and it got a bit warm and stuffy while we were there. We borrowed a fan from my daughter but it would be nice if there were fans available for the bedrooms. We like to read before bed but there was only one reading lamp. There are TVs in every bedroom but we couldn't figure out how to use them. Netflix is available but you have to sign in using your own account. We didn't have the sign in information with us but you can watch a lot on UTube! Our young grandsons loved the play room and the pink bedroom!We will definitely stay again! Great host and very affordable :)
