Lilac Cottage is a bit larger design than our “Sweet Retreat” design, with a first-floor bedroom, a larger tiny kitchen with a full refrigerator, Range top, no oven, flip down dining table, living area with a sofa, and a loft in just 313 square feet. Queen in the bedroom & 1 full in the “climb up” loft. A spacious full size bathroom with shower-Tub combo. Accommodates up to 2 people.
