Very clean and well maintained. Victoria was a great host and was able to help with anything we needed. Close to downtown Asheville and the blue ridge parkway.
We loved our stay. It’s quiet and remote yet about a 20 minute drive or so to everything we wanted. The apartment was spacious, fully stocked kitchen if we wanted to cook - but ended up eating out. I loved the soaking tub and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend for longer trips. Close to plenty of hiking spots.
Wow, everything about this place was amazing. Getting to be so far away from civilization, but also it being a short drive to access everything around this neighbor, I can't even begin how peaceful it was. We were able to build a fire in the pit, enjoy the tub, and go into downtown as much as we needed.

Thank you so much Kim for being a wonderful guest and for a detailed review! Appreciate for being opened in communication and left my place clean.
What a beautiful place, clean and roomy in a nice quiet area , we loved having breakfast outside. The bed was very comfortable too , which is so important after hiking all day . The only thing we would suggest is a table and couple chairs outside 😊

Wonderfully refreshing, quiet stay in the mountains
The apartment was exactly as advertised and just what my wife and I needed for a quiet mountain getaway. The property and neighborhood are beautiful and offer a secluded feel, while still being close enough to Asheville that we had plenty to do if we wanted to get out. Victoria is a wonderfully thoughtful, considerate host and we had a marvelous time. Highly recommended!

Very nice couple. Responsive to communication and followed all the guidelines in our handbook. Had a great time hosting them! We even had a chance to hang out a bit and just talk over dinner together. One thing that impressed me was that they cleaned up after themselves and left the place very neat.
Recommend 100%!
We were very happy with our stay at Veronica's Cottage. Both Veronica and her husband were gracious and accommodating to our needs. The apartment is beautiful and more than we expected. They have thought of every possible amenity to make you feel at home. We look forward to staying with them again.
The property was exactly as pictured and Victoria was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house is a short drive to downtown Asheville and close to a lot of nice hiking trails which we enjoyed. Victoria was always willing to help without being intrusive. Although the property is part of her home, it was very private. We never saw anyone or heard any noise. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Thank you so much Jane for being our guests this time, and for a detailed review! Your open communication helped me to help your stay to be welcomed. I appreciate you followed all the roles for the apartment and left it so so clean.
Hope you have wonderful Thanksgiving!
Clean and nice location. It was close to Biltmore and downtown. These rooms are on the lower level of their home but you enter with no steps and through the garage. We could even park our car inside. The entrance was private. The hostess supplied the rooms with many kind amenities from inviting decorations to wine and chocolates.
Our stay was wonderful! Just a few thoughts about our trip:
1) Host is extremely polite and genuinely cares about you staying at her home. It is evident that she wants your trip to be the best trip that it can be
2) Very clean
3) Bed is actually quite comfortable
4) House & location of house is in a beatiful area, and is within ~18-22 minutes of Asheville & Biltmore
I loved it- this house was a hidden gem. I will admit that I am usually a little hesitant ( and feel awkward) about access to a room rather than the house, but this stay was amazing. The room truly feels detached. Host was just top notch. I would recommend this location to anyone going through Asheville; I am honestly shocked that we found it- this is the type of room that books up very quickly.

We had a great experience in this lovely apartment. It was very clean and well furnished. It was nice being able to park in the garage with the chilly mornings. The location is very convenient and driving in the neighborhood by Lake Biltmore with the colorful changing of the leaves was awesome. The owner was very helpful and available if we needed her.
Victoria's living space was a perfect setup and much more affordable than a hotel in Asheville. Firepit in the back, single-soak tub, bed, tv, and full kitchen. She was so nice and friendly and worked with us on adjusting our check-in time! Thank you Victoria!
Hello, we stayed at Victoria's cottage over this past weekend and we had a great stay. This is a one bedroom/ one bath style apt with everything you need. The washer and dryer came in handy after a full three days worth of hikes and water rafting.
Victoria, was very responsive and checked in on us when we least expected. The cottage is in a nice neighborhood and you will see deer walking by. We had a deer right outside the glass doors one morning, which was pretty cool.
If your in need for a place to stay for one or two people, I would recommend cause its convenient, close to Asheville and the hiking trails.
Thanks,
Juan

Thank you so so much Juan for your details about my place! I would love to host you again!
To start off it was a easy process with check in and the communication was awesome. Directions to the apartment were very GPS friendly. The view and ride it was very beautiful and scenic. Very close to Asheville roughly 15 minute ride, close but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the city traffic. Very Comfortable on the inside spacious for the two of us.The communication with the owners were spectacular, super friendly And communicated very well checking on us throughout our stay. We love the experience and would highly recommend it for others.

It was absolutely my pleasure to host you Benjamin! Very openly, honest, and respectful guest. Easy in communication, which help to guide you and help with questions. Thank you for leaving my place clean and neat.
Looking to see you back!
This is a very nice, quiet apartment with a well equipped separate kitchen. There is a sliding glass door from the bedroom and living room area which leads out to a place to sit and enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. The surrounding area is beautiful, including Biltmore Lake. My wife loved the bath tub. Victoria stayed in touch to make sure everything was OK (which it was). We loved staying there and will return. For those looking for a beer, Wicked Weed's production facility with a tasting room is a short drive away.

Really appreciate your detailed review, Scott! Hope to see you next time.
We had a wonderful time, albeit short. It was not too far from Asheville and the drive into the neighborhood was scenic. The property was clean and well stocked. However, we did find some coffee grinds in the dishwasher which could have been easily missed, and a dirty pan that the previous occupants did not do a good job of cleaning and just stuck it back in the cabinet. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners of the property actually lived upstairs from the rental so communication was really convenient. They helped us adjust the thermostat quickly and easily while we were out. We will definitely return to this location.
We really enjoyed spending the weekend at Victoria's Cottage. The space is decorated adorably, its location is convenient to Asheville, and we had everything we needed. It's private, the check in and check out processes were super easy, and Victoria was very responsive. Would definitely stay again in the future!

About the host
Hosted by Victoria Tcacenco
I was born and raised in Moldova. My family and I moved to the United States in 2010, and became naturalized citizens in 2016. For many reasons, Asheville charmed us. Its beautiful, peaceful, and naturally home-y atmosphere, so we decided to settle here. I graduated from AB-Tech Community College as a Dental Assistant in 2014. From my first day of assisting , one of the first things I noticed was that I love to take diligent care of patients. I also love spending quality time with my family and strive to be the best wife for my husband and loving mom to my precious children. I enjoy reading books, hiking, decorating the house to be cozy. I also love cooking tasty recipes for my family :) Making creative things with my hands is one of my dearest hobbies -- which helped me to warm up Victoria's Cottage.
