This is the finest 1 bedroom unit in Water's Edge Resort! Nothing else in Water's Edge or the South Strand can compare. An extreme makeover, with a Tuscan Villa Decor in mind, a few short years ago converted this into our escape away private retreat with every conceivable luxury and amenity you could imagine.

From the minute you walk in to our Villa you will see a spectacular panoramic view of the blue Atlantic Ocean. A 14 foot arch, supported by white Doric columns, frame the spectacular view through the living room. Designer Cindy Crawford queen size sofa and marble top end tables, coffee table and TV table accent the side-by-side power leather reclining entertainment theater seats and the 65 inch Sony flat screen 4K TV with DVD and 5.1 surround sound built into the trey ceiling.

Relax to the cool breeze of the tropical overhead fan while you look out over the blue Atlantic Ocean. An oversize 14 foot by 8 foot balcony with privacy walls gives you a front row seat to watch the dolphins, boats, surfers, para-sails and you will even see horses in the off-season.

Dine in elegance at the tropical style dining table and chairs, framed by the custom designed tiled tropical planter on one end and a built-in china cabinet and office area on the other. The Custom designed Cherry cabinet kitchen with Canyon Sunset Granite is fully stocked with all your culinary needs, high-end stainless steel appliances, built-in wine cooler, compactor, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, convection oven, microwave and glass top range.

The beautifully furnished Master Bedroom has custom built-in Cherry cabinets including a well stocked library for your enjoyment in the lighted glass front bookcase. Mirrored closet doors, and luxurious cashmere sculptured carpet, adjoins a super-luxury bath with Jacuzzi tub, Rain Forest Shower head and built-in body jets in the wall. Floor to ceiling Italian marble and ceramic tile are accented by a granite topped Bombay chest vanity. Full second bath with Rain Forest Shower Head and floor to ceiling Italian marble and ceramic tile and granite topped vanity.

The beach is a short elevator ride down and 100 feet to the sand. It is a beach lovers dream. A little quieter and less crowded than Myrtle Beach, you will fall in love with Garden City Beach. This unit was remodeled as our private second home. Our escape away. We just began renting it in 2013 to people looking for something really special. It’s a beautiful villa and we had everything we needed for two of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful decorations. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. We didn’t have any problem with parking our car. It was enough space always. Food Lion (grocery store) is close by. It’s ice cream and another food source at the level LL. Ice cream is local and very delicious. Janet and William (the owners) are very nice. Communication is outstanding. We enjoyed very much our stay in villa 305. Thank you Janet and William.

Welcome, we are Janet and Parker, homeowners of Villa 305 Water's Edge Resort. We bought this in 2006 as a private second home. We did an extreme makeover that same year, to make this home a show place. Family and business obligations prevent us from using it as much as we would like, so we have decided to share our home with those who are seeking something special in a vacation resort. We know you will enjoy it and we also know that you will want to return often.

Why they chose this property

Garden City Beach is just south of Myrtle Beach, but a little quieter, less crowded and more relaxing than Myrtle Beach. Water's Edge Resort is a concrete and steel high rise that withstood hurricane Hugo, when many of its neighbors did not. The third floor and unit 305 are just above the tops of the Palmetto trees to create a tropical feeling without distractions. The view from the living room and the deck are simply the best on the East Coast. We think you will agree.
