Destin West Sandpiper L-02 is a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath penthouse located on the 2nd floor in Destin West Sandpiper. This unit comfortably sleeps 8 with its King, Queen, Twin/Twin bunkbed layout, and sleeper sofa layout. You’ll enjoy the upgraded patio which features a lounge area and bar-b-que. Just a few steps to the Pool area and the 700 foot lazy river. The pools and lazy river are beautifully optically lighted at night. There is a large tropical sunbathing area around the pools. There is the Emerald Coast with a beautiful white sugar sand beach, state of the fitness center, showers, restrooms, beach rentals, restaurants and a cabana bar. Within walking distance is Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, The Boardwalk Beachfront Recreation Center, Fishing Pier, several restaurants & bars, Beasley Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone and The Emerald Coast Convention Center. 

This vacation rental includes a master en suite, guest room, bunk room, living room with queen-size sleeper, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Each room includes entertainment centers and personal storage. The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, private patio access, Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower.

Our family absolutely loved our stay! The host was wonderful to communicate with and even texted us to let us know the condo was ready early, which was such a nice surprise. The condo was very clean, and our family especially enjoyed the lazy river. The outdoor space was perfect, and having a full kitchen made it so convenient to prepare meals and pack lunches for the beach. The Gulfarium and several great restaurants were just a short drive away. We truly did not want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back again!

Pool and grounds were great! Condo worked out but it could use a re-fresh. Bunk beds are in horrible condition, need to be replaced, or painted at minimum, and having torn pieces of material hanging from bottom of top bunk is just unacceptable. Other 2 rooms were fine. We only had one kitchen towel, would be nice to have a few. Just feedback, we made it work and did not have any other issues.
