NEWLY RENOVATED!
2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 5 in beds.

Check out the photos of our resent renovation! All new porcelain plank tile floors throughout the unit and new tiled showers and vanities in both bathrooms! All new stainless appliances in a sparkling white brand new kitchen with beauiful quartzite countertops.

Wake up to breath taking beach views and relax in the evening enjoying beautiful sunsets right outside this perfectly situated condo. Villa Del Mar has it all. One of the few condos with a heated pool on the beach side featuring plenty of seating, views of the beach, private restrooms on the first floor, shaded areas and tiki's, beautifully landscaped foliage to enjoy while grilling and watching your family play in the pool. Walk up from the beach to fully paved parking lot with a rinsing station and bench.
Feel free to utilize the elevator or get your exercise with the stairs for access to this top floor condo. Cooking is a breeze in the newly renovated kitchen featuring quartzite counter tops, a pass through bar and tile wood plank flooring. Invite friends for dinner and dine inside on the spacious table or out outside on the screened in lanai. Relax in the open living room with full ocean views. Wake up in the master bedroom to views of the ocean and fall asleep listening to the soft sounds of the gulf waves. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with plenty of dresser space and a large closet.
The second bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed, a huge closet and plenty of dresser space as well. Just outside the door is another full bathroom.
This unit also has a washer and dryer, wi fi, cable and 3 TV’s. The condo is no smoking and pets are not allowed.
You will love vacationing in this intimate 12 unit complex which will make your experience feel peaceful and private It is located in the middle of the island with Publix only a 5 minuet walk and quick access to Lovers Key State Park, Santini Marina Plaza, Times Square at the Pier, Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs, Naples, The Edison and Ford Winter Estates, trolley services, and the Southwest Florida International Airport. The beach offers excursions for boating, jet skiing with the dolphins, para sailing and more!

Perfect Location

We had never stayed on Estero Beach before, this is the perfect location. The beach was not crowed but close enough to Ft. Meyers Beach tourist area and restaurants.

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and right on the beach which is very important to us. Friends of ours decided at the last minute to join us, they also loved it very relaxing. Wanted to let you know that when you put the address on GPS it says everytime that this place is permanently closed, not temporary.

A little piece of paradise!

We had the most wonderful week at this condo in Fort Myers beach. Amazing views, fantastic location and lots of little extras like beach chairs etc. The kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Close to lots of great restaurants and Times Square. We will be back again!

The location was great it was close to shopping, resturant and right on the beach. The place was well kept and was safe. The local trolly was very easy to access and the only drawback was the construction. I would recommend this place for a great week of relaxation and fun

Fantastic Views!

This condo is very nice and well equipped. We loved the lanai and they provided Tommy Bahama chairs so that we didn't have to bring ours. The owner was responsive to my questions and provided all the details I needed. Highly recommend!

Quiet ocean property just minutes from all you need.

The first thing we noticed when our family of four arrived at our location was the sound and beautiful view of the ocean. Thank you to the owners for providing a restful getaway for our family. Everything we needed was close by, even a large grocery store within walking distance. The owners were very attentive responding quickly to our questions. We will visit again!

A little bit of Paradise

This condo is centrally located - close enough to businesses and restaurants but far enough away from the busyness of the city center where the younger crowds gather. The condo is well equipped with furniture, kitchen dishes/pans/utensils, linens/towels and everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool. Excellent communication with the owner Kimberly. We found Ft. Myers Beach to be a bit of paradise and a great getaway from the harsh Midwest winter.

Our stay was from May 1st through May 8th. The condo was spacious and clean with a great view of the gulf. The property, pool and BBQ grill area are well kept. The beach was amazing, just a short walk with direct access from the property Beach chairs a beach umbrella and coolers are provided. Our host Kim kept us well informed about checking in and out along with some great places to eat. She made herself available to answer any questions the entire week. We had an excellent week and would definitely stay here again. .
