Parking Information

Effective Jan. 1, 2026, has on-site parking fee daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner reservations and other vacation ownership package reservations.

The resort exterior at the Evergreen building is undergoing renovation work from April 20 to June 30, 2026. Work will occur daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.

This is for Marriott’s StreamSide Douglas, Marriott’s StreamSide Evergreen, and Marriott’s StreamSide Birch.
