Our home is perfect for your escape to relaxation and fun.
2-bedroom + convertible Den, coach home in the Isles of Collier Preserve
Livingroom overlooks the lovely Cypress Waterway. Master suite with king size bed includes an suite oversize bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 XL twin beds that can easily convert into a King size bed.
Dan/office has Day beds for additional guests. Privet house elevator from 2 car garage if you don't want to take the steps.
Right outside your door, you'll find the bike and jogging paths that wind throughout Isles of Collier Preserve. Follow them to the stunning clubhouse with resort-style amenities: a main pool, cabanas, lap pool, hot tub, fitness center, bocce courts, tennis/pickleball, kayaks, and Bar & Grill restaurant.
Isles 2,400-acre community borders Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and Botanical Garden.
2027 SEASON BOOKING: 3 month prefered, a 2 month rental may be considered with bookings for January/February or March/April

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip the beds and leave the sheets in the laundry room. Put all used towels in the laundry room, if they are wet, please hang them so they don’t get moldy. YOU DO NOT need to WASH anything
Pay attention to the garbage days and put garbage out on last day available per schedule.
Set the thermostat to 78, and close all the blinds. Leave the keys on the shoe cabinet downstairs.
