The host was great. Just a few missing things like hand soap and hand towels. But, it was clean and nicely furnished. The hot tub was very nice. Just be aware the back yard is pretty small and parking is limited. The location is very close to the beach and not too far from the Mayo Clinic. But it is right next to a busy intersection, which made it a little challenging getting in and out of the drive way. But, we would recommend it, regardless. It is perfect for a family with a few kids. 5 could easily sleep in the downstairs bedroom. All 3 levels had bathrooms. We enjoyed the arcade games and the spacious kitchen. Lots of pots and pans and utensils...overall, a great exoerience.

Host was slow to answer any questions. Planned a quick overnight to see my son, who has been deployed for 6 months. Showed up to the property at 3 pm with 13 people who have been driving for 14 hours . The cleaners didn’t show up till 3pm. Check in was at 4 needless to say they were not finished by check in. All 13 people sat in the car waiting we waited 1 hour and 1/2 we finally left and had to find somewhere else to stay .
