Ascend to the second level where the sprawling primary suite awaits, offering a tranquil retreat with ample space to unwind and savor the serene ambiance of Jacksonville Beach.

The heart of the home is the expansive open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area, seamlessly integrating elegant design with functionality. It’s the perfect space for entertaining family and friends, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and stylish finishes that make cooking and hosting a delight.

For convenience, there is off-street parking available in the dedicated driveway for up to four vehicles, with room for two additional cars in the garage, should you choose to fold away the ping-pong table.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

A quick winter getaway at the beach

Our daughter graduated from UNF. House is close to the campus. A short walk to the beach. Great neighbors. Close to restaurants and local beach shops. House was well though out for a quick stay and very comfortable.

We had the best trip with an amazing host! The kids had the absolute best time in the house. We loved the elevator but the kids loved the bath in the shower feature for nightly bubble baths! We are definitely coming back!

This was our 1st time away as a family since our son was diagnosed with cancer. This was the perfect spot for us! Very clean and close to the beach. Our kids had their own rooms and loved playing ping pong to end each day. We will always look back with a smile for this vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer but had to be back home early

Family Fun Weekend

We had an amazing time at this house. We loved walking to the beach everyday and playing games around the large dining table at night. We all were to relaxed and slept great in the comfortable beds. And the elevator was a great addition for my parents who stayed with us as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

A block from the ocean, this beach house is a place to call home! Stayed 9 nights and already thinking of renting again. Decor and comfort top of mind here. With the beach so close, easy to step out onto the sand for a long walk or sit and listen to the ocean. Other bonus: wolf oven and plenty of kitchen supplies, two outdoor spaces, ocean views from balcony, beach towels/umbrellas, steamer/iron, close to many restaurants (including Eleven South), elevator (luggage and groceries), blinds provide privacy, door camera security, and the management company is responsive if you have any questions. Tip! Perfect couples beach house retreat!

This is a property that is so good, that you almost want to keep it a secret. They thought of everything. The location, right next to the beach was amazing. Not only is the property nice, but the owners thought of all the things you would need to enjoy a beach vacation home. Towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Its close to so many restaurants and shopping that we had trouble choosing. Its a winner!
