Great location! Very clean and was perfect for our family. We spent alot of time on the back patio area and the hammock was also put to good use. Having the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon was a real plus for the time spent at the beach too! We had a wonderful stay!!

We stayed in the cottage during a trip to see Spring Training baseball. The location was convenient and there were some nice restaurants and a fun bar with trivia and good food within a short walking distance. It was perfect for our needs.

We were in Sarasota for a wedding. This cute bungalow was perfect! It was 5-10 minutes from everywhere we were going and very easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood, too. Would stay again if we’re ever back to Sarasota.

Host was easy to communicate with. House was so nice and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again. Only thing to point out would be the master bed is very soft - if you're not used to that - some back pain in the morning, but nothing the ocean can't fix.

Check-in was easy. 5 of us (2 cpuples and one teen) stayed in this cute craftman-style bungalow in a nice residential neighborhood with a coffee shop in easy walking distance.The proximity to the Ringling Museum, downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, etc is excellent! The house was very clean and well-stocked with basic necessities. There's also a small Walmart nearby for essentials. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this rental unit for a future visit. I just wish we had stayed longer!
