NEW! Designer's Coastal Home & Guest Cottage CLOSE to the Rockport Beach!

Located in the historical area of the charming coastal town of Rockport, Tx, SO close to the beach, this 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom property, will charm you and create many memorable vacations with family and friends. The owner is a seasoned designer that has outfitted so many vacation rental projects personally and for clients. Therefore, we hope you'll find all the comforts you expect in a high end vacation rental.
PLEASE NOTE: the main house is a 2 bedroom/2 full bath; the casita/guest cottage is a 1 bedroom with ONLY a toilet/sink in the casita/guest cottage....guests of the casita have the option of using the private, outdoor shower attached OR going into the main home and using the indoor showers.
The cost of the Main Home + Guest Cottage is reflected in the rental rate....however, if you do not need the Guest Cottage for your stay, please let us know and we can quote you another amount. (housekeeping and rental fee will be less if you don't need the Guest Cottage) The Guest Cottage will only be unlocked if you have paid to use the Guest Cottage as well.

PRICING:
the base price is reflected....you will receive a quote after you request to book.
If booking ONLY the Main House, it will be for that price + housekeeping.
If booking the ENTIRE property (Main House + Guest Cottage) then it will be another cost for those:

Please leave USED beds unmade. Used towels on the floor in their bathroom.

The location! In the historical area, close to the beach, restaurants, fishing/boating, wharf areas and the charming downtown shopping area. Plus the streets are great for those evening walks.

What makes this property unique

One story, completely fenced so it's safe for your children. The porch is so great to have and the gorgeous old oaks that surround the property are amazing. Plenty of areas indoors and outside to spread out and enjoy a family vacation.
