We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and super accommodating. The location is perfect for visiting Orlando theme parks as well. We stayed 8 nights in December and will certainly return.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
While the interior of the home was clean, we were disappointed that several key amenities were unusable or misrepresented. As a Florida resident, I am familiar with 'Spring Drop' season. Despite this being a predictable annual event, the pool was only cleaned once a week and the filter ran for only 5 hours daily—insufficient to keep the water clear or functional. When raised, the host dismissed this as an 'unavoidable weather event' rather than a maintenance issue.Additionally, the 'jacuzzi' featured in the main photos is actually a non-functional 'cocktail pool' or sitting area with no heat or jets. Furthermore, the pool table is located in a non-climate controlled room and is in subpar condition, making it nearly impossible to use comfortably. I recommend future guests clarify the actual functionality of these amenities before booking, as the listing photos do not accurately reflect the current state of the property.

Overall it was okay. There was a strong scent that wasn’t pleasant (I’m assuming it was a scented spray). We had a 1 year old and the picture shows a high chair. The high chair was very flimsy- we didn’t use it. Wasn’t very toddler friendly.
