About this property
First Floor, 2 King Beds, Walk to Downtown
Chateau 107 is a ground-floor condo at Gatlinburg Chateau. Two bedrooms, a king bed in each, and a bathroom for each of them, so four people can get out the door in the morning without taking turns.
The living room is simple and comfortable, with a TV and enough room to spread out after a day of walking. The kitchen is a real kitchen. You can cook a proper dinner in it rather than reheat one. There's air conditioning for August, a fireplace for the cooler months, and a desk in the corner if work follows you down here.
The patio faces the mountains and gets the morning sun. It's the kind of spot where you sit longer than you meant to with a cup of coffee, before anybody has decided what the day looks like.
Ground floor also means the car sits a few steps from the door, so groceries and luggage come in without stairs. Parking is free and on site.
In the evening you can walk into town. There's sidewalk the whole way, lit after dark, down to the restaurants and shops along the Parkway. The walk down is easy; coming back is a short climb. This is a hilly part of Gatlinburg, and that's the trade for being this close in.
The entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about ten minutes away, so you can be on a trail early and back here for lunch. There's a shared pool on the property for the warm months, and your reservation includes free admission to area attractions, one for each day you're here.
One thing to know: the pool and the parking lot belong to the HOA rather than to us. The pool is seasonal and closes now and then, and the lot can get tight when the building is full.
Two king beds, two bathrooms, no stairs, and downtown at the bottom of the hill. That's what this condo is good at.
Your stay includes $940.00 in complimentary activities. Just by booking with us, you’ll receive free tickets, every day of your stay to top activities like Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway, and more. (One free admission per activity, per day)

The condo was clean and perfect for our vacation. It had all the amenities for our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had enough room to relax and enjoy our stay. The balcony was a great addition. Love the pool and how close we were to downtown.
This property was great for our family and everything was as listed. It took about 5 minutes to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. I would give it a 9/10 and will definitely be using this location again.

Liked: Check-in, communication
the size and rooms were great. Liked the walkout porch area. However, the walls, baseboards and floors were filthy. While walking on the floors my kids and my socks/feet were black.
The property was clean and the kitchen offered everything you would need for a week’s stay. It is within walking distance to gatlinburg, noted that there is a hill that needs to be traversed. I will be returning in September with my mother and have the confidence our stay will be pleasant. Laundry is on the 3rd floor of the complex, elevator is just around the corner from the condo entrance. Washer is 3, and dryer was 3.50. Parking is tight, I recommend parking on bottom lot and taking stairs to first floor to avoid hill.
Great location for your stay in Gatlinburg! No need to pay for parking as you can easily walk to the main road through town for attractions, shopping and meals. The walk back to the condo is uphill but nothing unbearable even for my bad knees.Nothing fancy about this.place but it fit our needs perfectly and was a great value. Wish there was a fourth chair to sit at the table but nothing we couldn't work around. Property was.quiet and clean. Check in was easy. Nice place for a home base to rest from all the days' activities.
The space is great. It is in a great location. The parking is a bit tight but we didn’t have any issues. The appliances are new so that is great. There was an issue with the new fridge but they were able to get something for us so that we did have a small fridge.
Clean rooms,.kitchen light barely worked and the air conditioner was not the best. Make sure if you dont like walking up steep hills you get there early enough to get parking near the room, otherwise its terrible especially after a long day of walking.
The condo is in a great, convenient spot in Gatlinburg — close to everything we wanted to do. It was comfortable and mostly clean, and we enjoyed our stay overall. You can tell the building is older, as there are some worn areas, and a few electrical outlets didn’t work, which was a bit concerning. The property manager communicated often, though the reminders about check-in, check-out, and taking out the trash felt a little pushy. Still, it worked well for what we needed, and the location really can’t be beat.
We focus on clear communication, accurate listings, and tidy, comfortable stays. If something isn’t right, tell us—our goal is to address it quickly and fairly.
