Spend the day on the water then come home relax and play some games, soak in the hot tub, have family night in the game room and family room before retiring to the Master suite with the private bathroom and King size bed. Bedroom 2 has a King Bed, Bedroom 3 has a King Bed, The kids room (Bedroom 4) has 2 King beds and 2 sets of twin bunk beds and can sleep 8 comfortably. Bedroom 5 has a King Bed. Bedroom 6 has a King Bed. The Game Room has a Queen Sofa Bed. Time to make some memories!

Note:
The house has been separated into two completely different units with a locked door between them (bottom of the inside stairs) that is locked from both sides (upstairs and lower) so neither guest can enter the other unit. This listing is for the entire house and you will have the option to leave this door locked or unlock it depending on your preference.

Each bed room in the house as well as the Family Room, Game Room, and Kitchen areas are all controlled by individual air conditioners so you will have complete control over temperature of each room.
● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the south side of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
