Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor. Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room, with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

We are a smoke-free community.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

Clean secure stay in Scottsdale

Great location! Quiet, clean and secure. Was a perfect choice while attending meetings in area. If you are planning to be by the pool, the area is small. Everything else was as seen in pics. Host communication was great. Management onsite is super to deal with. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days. The room is extremely clean. There was no dirt or dust that was noticeable. It does have an old smell to it. I could Hardly stand it night one but got use to it i think. I’m not sure if the smell is from the age of the place or if it is mildew/mold type smell. Again the room was extremely clean. They provided a few k cups and salt and pepper and some dishes and one extra trash bag. The pool and sitting area were nice and our neighbors were mostly nice. We did have a man above us one night that fell and was likely inebriated and extremely loud at 3am but thankfully it didn’t last long. We checked in late. I had To reach out to the company on how to do that but that was easy and they were fast to respond. I like that it’s all key codes and you don’t need a key for the rooms. I couldnt get my curling iron to work in the bathroom outlet and the bath tub handle is a bit odd and under the plastic turning black. The tub did have a hump so when you shower it pools at the end and a small crack in the tub but these things did not bother me. I was very pleased that it was as tidy as it was and the price is fair given the great location. I would Stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The grounds were well kept and we had everything we needed in the house! Everyone was so friendly, the coffee cart set up outside in the mornings was an extra treat! When the bikes we rented popped a chain they came to pick us up in no time flat and comp’d the rental fee despite me saying it was no big deal at all! Lovely place, lovely people would definitely stay again!
