If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other apartment of the house. We were HOT!Pay a little more for a different VRBO or stay in a a hotel.

You made a reservation for two people, but you brought three or more. Every night you threw parties and smoked marijuana. This is a family apartment meant for decent people to share like human beings, not like animals. You are filthy and disgusting. You left the apartment extremely dirty, with trash everywhere, garbage bags piled up in the yard and the balcony, along with leftover food, pieces of chicken you couldn't eat, and a lot of filth. We had to pay extra for a deep cleaning to get the apartment back to where it was. I do not recommend it and I would never want to have you again.
