This Modern, Maui Vacation Rental unit #176, has it all. The owner of this condo also owns unit 174, both of which have been completely remodeled from top to bottom recently. Occupancy of these units is limited to only 2 adults. Ocean & garden views from the well outfitted Lanai. Completely remodeled from top to bottom in the last year. Bedroom features New King bed, 2-night stands and standing 4 drawer dressers. Bedroom has new wood closets installed and they are well organized with plenty of room for storage. Full kitchen has been upgraded with top of the line appliance and new cabinets, topped with granite counter tops. All new dishes pots and pans, silverware, etc., etc. This Kihei Maui Rental is simply Elegant & Modern. Living room and dining room area is very spacious. Artwork very tasteful. Most exciting is this unit is it equipped with a state-of-the-art split AC unit in the living room and bedroom. Stay cool and comfortable in your home away from home. From the Beach towels to bedding top notch. Book this condo soon!!

Great Place

The location was great for us. The condo is on the bottom floor. The patio faced the ocean and sunset with a great view. Theres plenty of room for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. Short drive to Makena. Not many fine dining locations nearby (everything is all booked out anyway). Neighborhood was great, quiet, safe. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to a friend

We wished there was a private place to shower before our flight. We didn't want to go to the beach and then fly home.

Great place, but don’t feed the birds! 😟

We loved our stay and would come back again. Great place, newly remodeled. Wonderful beach access and close to many restaurants and shops. My wife enjoyed feeding the many varieties of birds off the patio. That is until the last day when new neighbors moved in next door and complained to the property manager who came walking over and told us that feeding the birds was a violation of the HA policy. This wasn’t communicated properly and other tenants had been doing it as well. Seemed silly and petty, but oh well! Overall, still a wonderful trip.

The kitchen utensils, amenities and even the spice rack were very much appreciated. We really enjoyed the location; very close to the beach and town access, which meant we easily enjoyed what Maui had to offer.We would recommend this location and unit to others for sure. Beyond the control of the owner is the guest(s) above you. We happened to have a guest with a walker above us for a few nights. An interesting noise to wake up to.The owners have added a two zone high-end memory foam bed that adjusts and tilts. Our preference is a regular style bed as the memory foam does not work for us, but if you like these type of beds, this one is for you.Thank you for allowing us to rent your unit. We had a wonderful time.

Some road noise, but ocean view was worth it to us as we saw lots of whales. Pool area very close to the unit and was relaxing and family friendly. Bed was reasonably comfortable and breeze with doors open made AC unnecessary. We would rent this unit again.

This unit is very comfortable and has great features. Most of everything is at the higher end; such as furniture, a?c, kitchen appliances. One drawback was the poor television package. It only showed frre stations from the past and streamed broadcasts from some of the major broadcasters. Zero sports, we even missed the Super Bowl. This is minor and not what Kihei is about.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at the Hale Kamaole numerous times throughout my life and Unit 176 was definitely the most well-appointed condo I've been in. They had all the comforts of home - every kitchen utensil you could possibly need and the knives were actually sharp! The bedroom was comfortable and the in unit AC made a huge difference. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.
