Convenience
To ensure adequate time to fully clean and prepare this property, back to back or same day departures/arrivals are avoided Having the extra time in between guests also allows me to typically offer complimentary early check-in or late check - out As a guest, when the schedule allows, you are invited to pick your own check in / check out time The goal is to keep your vacation my top priority and allow me to work around your schedule (It’s much nicer to hang around the pool until your flight departs rather than spend extra hours in the airport chaos)

Outdoors
Outside you will find a spacious infinity edge pool with spa, pontoon boat and 3 hole putting green. The yard is one of the largest on the lake with fantastic views, a propane fire pit, and plenty of space to enjoy Practice before your round of golf, then ‘unwind’ in one of three relaxing seating areas with a cold drink and perfect view An evening sunset cruise on the pontoon boat can not be missed

Great Family Time
Indoors, there is plenty to enjoy in the game room with a pool table, ping pong table, poker table, X Box , largest cable line up with premium channels, and a variety of board games, coloring books, puzzles, and crayons. Outdoor includes corn hole, ladder ball, pool floats, a 2 person hammock, wooden porch swing, yoga mats, putting green ( balls /putters provided), set of golf clubs to take to course , bikes , roller blades , and coolers to use offers options for everyone. The pontoon has all sizes of life vests, walkie talkies, fishing rods, and comes with a stocked tackle box filled with lures specific to catch local Arrowhead lake catch n release fish

The home has a bright multi-level floor plan which includes 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The master suite opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in an almond shaped swing chair overlooking the lake and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your meal preparation needs with Thermador appliances. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, family & game room and there is a gas fireplace on the first floor to help keep you comfy during the chilly winter nights .

Kid Friendly Property
To top off the evening, enjoy homemade cotton candy ( supplies provided) , delicious snow cones ( supplies provided) , s’mores or adult beverages around the fire pit before taking a final dip in the heated pool and spa The ping pong table can be taken outback for nightly tournaments under the stars

Directly on Arrowhead Lake in Glendale, Arizona

We are directly on the lake and across the from the 1185 acre Thunderbird Conservation Park with several trailheads within 2 blocks The location is in a charming, safe, residential neighborhood convenient to Rt. 101, 17, 51, PHX Sky Harbor Airport, Scottsdale Attractions, ASU, Grand Canyon University, and the State Farm Stadium. The neighborhood is designed around the lake and offers options for dining, shopping, golf, hiking, bicycling, and entertainment.

This home offers a great escape to relax and decompress Enjoy meals and drinks outdoors while watching a variety of birds who have made the lake their home We’ve even had a bald eagle take up residence nearby which is exciting to see as he majestically soars through the air

There is an 8 person outdoor dining table with shade so guests can enjoy as much time as possible under the beautiful Arizona sky
