* There is NO smoking, vaping or drugs allowed anywhere in or around the property - by anyone staying in the house or visiting. A $500 fine will be imposed.

* No pets allowed
* NO GLASS ITEMS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA
* Please do NOT remove the vacuum from the pool as it will damage the pool pump, and if replacement is needed, it will fall on guests.
* We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front driveway which records video and audio.
* Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood perfect for your getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
