All bedrooms are air conditioned and they have ceiling ventilators as well.
This lovely charming and very spacious villa is set in one of the top areas of Marbella: Marbesa and just a few minutes walking to the beach. It is located in a popular beachside urbanisation of Marbella with probably the best sandy beaches, close to all amenities.
-The space-
On the first floor there is an entrance hall leading to the huge and bright living room with dining area and very high 7 meters ceiling , large separate fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, 2 spacious bedrooms sharing one bathroom, garage and utility room. There is a direct access from both the living room and from the dining room into the well maintained tropical garden with matured palms and spectacular tropical plants. There is a private swimming pool with a shower, terrace with garden furniture so that guests could dine and wine outside most of the time of their stay.
The peculiarity of this villa is its total privacy. Guests can't be seen from any of the sides due to the villa's well turned plot layout.
Amazing stairway leads to the top floor with nice upper terrace which is accessible from master bedroom. Guests are welcomed to enjoy beautiful views from both the master bedrooms and from adjoined terrace. On the top floor you will also find a spacious walk-in closet, very large bathroom with a bath and a separate big shower etc. Also on the second floor there is a small room (4th bedroom).
The villa has fantastic terraces to enjoy the weather any time of the day and the year. Manicured garden with fruit trees and the heated swimming pool.
The house has underfloor heating, gas and solar panels. AC in all bedrooms

This house is meant primarily for family vacations and group of friends. If you are planning an event, please consult us before reservation.
Swimming pool heating is available at extra charge of 350€ per 7 nights.
Normal comfortable use of electricity of 150€/week is included in the rent price, extreme consumption will be charged separately.
Check-In anytime in between 3PM & 8PM. (After 8 PM late check in fee of 100€)
Early check from 9AM in is available upon request for an extra fee of 100€ (subject to availability)
Check-Out before 12АM.
If you have a pet, please consult us before booking, we have to get permission by the owners.
