Use designated parking only, and owner may enter with notice for maintenance or emergencies. If the fob key is lost, there is a $350 replacement fee.

This is actually the rare apartment that’s bigger in person than in the photos. Lives up to the billing and then some. A great stay, especially with super easy walking to the Yale campus.

Great place and location very clean and great atmosphere. I would definitely book here again on any future trips to New Haven. Host responds very fast and answers any questions and the personal parking spot is a perk.

Great stay in a great location, with highly responsive hosts. Very thoughtful touches with baskets of items you may have forgotten as well as beverages /snacks. Rooftop outdoor area is unique as well. Excellent stay!
