Log Cabin in Woods W/Trail & Scavenger Hunt Wood Fireplace, Lindale Canton Tyler

We are on 6 acres. There is a trail that follows the creek and crosses several bridges. It is over half a mile long and has a scavenger hunt. Lots of trees, deer, birds, and squirrels to watch.

Some items available: Free WiFi. Outdoor fire pit gathering area with hammock, swings, horseshoe game, darts, indoor games, TV, DVD player, DVDs, books, charcoal grill, a wood fireplace, double propane hotplate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and much more.

Games available: battleship, chess, coup, crazy eights/match game, puzzles, coloring book, balloon animal kit, and much more! :D

Over 70 different movies to choose from.

Popcorn and coffee provided.

The beds are a queen, futon, double roll away bed, and a queen size air mattress.

If you have a larger group check to see if our cottage. Coyote Creek Cottage) is available for rent.

Firewood and fire starter is provided for cabin fireplace. Carcoal is provided for BBQ grill.

Check in time is 2PM or later.

Fun cabin , tastefully decorated with lots of DVDs and other things to do for a long weekend or multi night stay. My family enjoyed playing horse shoes for the first time. This was my second time to stay here and will be back! Thinking of doing a fishing guide at lake fork and staying at this cabin. Super nice hosts!

Cabin was perfect. We enjoyed the hiking trail and the fire pit. It was nice being accessible to town since we like to eat out. We went to town once a day, and then came back to the cabin to hang out and swing! We will hopefully come back about this time next year. Thank you!

First of all, the access to the property was very easy following the instructions from the host.Very elegant interior and furniture. Kitchen has everything one may need. Just bring your own food. Farm fresh eggs were available from the host.Bed is awesome. You could spend all day in it.Beautiful scenery around. Very quiet. You can hear the silence.Front and back porches are inviting to relax or have a meal there. Despite being in the forest, city attractions are short distance away.We definitely recommend the hosts and their facilities.Additionally, our small dog loved the place and walks in the woods. For him walking around and sniffing was like reading an exciting novel

Why they chose this property

Its a clean quiet log cabin in the woods with a wood fireplace and a half mile long trail. Perfect for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Some items available: Outdoor fire pit gathering area with hammock and swings(two and one person), games, TV, DVD player, DVDs, books, charcoal grill, a wood fireplace, double propane hotplate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, Foreman grill, and much more.

Bedding is always washed before a new guest arrives. Cabin is always clean for guests.

We are 15 minutes from Canton. Which has one if the largest flea markets in the world. Also just 8 miles away from Texas Rose Horse Park. Plenty of fishing lakes Lake Fork, Lake Palestine, Lake Tawakoni, and Tyler State Park Pond. 20 minutes from Tyler State Park. Close cities Lindale, Tyler, Edom, Van, Hideaway, Mineola, Canton, and Gladewater antique capitol of Texas.
