Since 2009, we've enjoyed this condo as our own "workation" paradise until the opportunity to purchase. The condo has been in our family since the community was build in the 1970s. We love the quiet morning visits by a variety of wildlife, the dolphins, and the stunning evening sunsets from either our private lanai or the waterfront pool and hot tub. Our favorite beach spot is at Paradise Grill on Pass-a-Grille, where we enjoy grouper tacos and salads with a beverege. For many years we rented bikes instead of a car, and would bike to St. Pete Beach for our necessities.
