About this property
A little slice of paradise in St Pete Beach
The best of everything. A 2-bedroom condo situated between St Pete Beach (1 1/2 mile away) and the City of St Petersburg (15 min drive) and Tampa Bay (25 min drive) . The view from the back patio overlooks a small pond, golf course and the "complex" pool. The condo complex is surrounded by water (Boca Ciega Bay). StPete Beach offers the beach life with great restaurants, bars and water activities. A short drive into St Peterburg offers restaurants, breweries, shopping, bars/ taverns and all the night life you carve.
My 2-bedroom condo is monitored by security guards (in golf carts) and is quiet and peaceful. The condo has 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms (half), Kitchen with fully stocked utensils, there's a small kitchen table, living room with a larger dining table plus a sofa, two recliners and one chair. There are three TVs in the condo.
