Welcome to the enchanting Star Bungalow, located on Redwing Ranch in the Upper Huerfano Valley! This cozy retreat is tucked away from the main road and serenaded by the Huerfano River that runs right behind the house.
Modern construction with a southwestern vibe includes heated floors, a fully outfitted kitchen, and lots of covered outdoor lounging areas (two covered porches and a screened-in porch). The house is a spacious open concept, with a well appointed kitchen, dining area and living space, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room. The surrounding yard is spacious and the closest neighbor is a quarter mile away providing lots of privacy. Access to the Huerfano River and this corner of Redwing Ranch are included (the map will be at the house). Dogs are allowed with approval and a pet fee.
Fishing on the Huerfano for brown trout and rainbow trout is permitted, within the perimeter fencing, with a valid fishing license.
