The host was outstanding! I was traveling with my 80 yo mom and 19 yo daughter and felt perfectly safe and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us. I did sleep on the sofa because the second bedroom is very small so I would not recommend this place for 2 couples. We all showered in the primary bedrooms bathroom because the second bathroom is very small. You cannot beat the location! You can walk everywhere!

The host was very responsive with all my questions, and reached out to check in with me several times. I was able to book last minute for a stay starting on Christmas night. The space is clean and welcoming, with lots of great amenities, like a smart bathroom mirror, air purifier in the living room, Zero Water pitcher in the fridge, a Keurig for hot drinks, and mini splits for heat and a/c to create the perfect climate in each room. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of closets and storage spaces. The neighborhood is quiet, but very close to lots of food and shopping options. There was a snow storm during our stay, and the driveway was shoveled in a timely manner. It is a basement apartment, so it might not be the best option if you're very tall. But for me and my son, everything was so great, I extended my stay for 2 extra days so we could enjoy it longer. I would definitely stay here again. If there was laundry in the unit, it would be absolutely perfect.
