The house accommodates up to 10 people. It is within 2 lots, so with plenty of free space. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 suite with a double bed and 2 rooms with 2 bunk beds each, 1 bathroom in the suite and 1 bathroom for the bedrooms. All bedrooms and kitchen have ceiling fans. The house has a spacious terrace to which all rooms also have access. On the ground there is a kiosk with a barbecue, pizza oven, freezer and a two-burner stove. Pool table and a delicious outdoor shower. Informed price is the basic price for up to 6 guests. Between 7 and 10 guests there may be a small charge. The house voltage is 220V. At the bottom of the land there is an attached house where two of the owners live.

A praia está a uns 150m apenas. Um pouco distante estão o comércio e restaurantes. Estes estão a uns 3km de distância, porém na mesma praia.
