Whenever I stay in a townhouse, I worry about the sound through shared walls—no problem with this spot. I didn't hear the neighbors at all. The spot was cozy. Loved the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was stocked, and the mattresses were comfortable.

This house had everything for our family, we had 4 adults and three kids and had plenty of space. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you need to cook all meals in. Location is perfect, 8 min drive to the village and bus pickups out front. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

10 people ski trip with late 20 yr olds. Ample supplies, comfortable. Downstairs toilets had flush issue and sink was very slow to drain but both are minor inconveniences.

Great spot for the family

My family and I stayed for a week and loved it. My parents (70s), my husband and I (40s), our kids (5 and 8), and my brother and sister in law (37) all enjoyed the condo and it's amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, including a crock pot, blender, and rice cooker. There were lots of games and movies available which was excellent for fun family nights. The trolley stop was super conveniently located right outside the complex and we utilized it often. We would definitely stay again.

Great location; terrible beds

This condo is spacious but dated. We loved the location and easy access to everything but the beds were so hard, and it just wasn't as comfortable as we'd hoped. The fridge leaks, the toaster doesn't work, the hot water doesn't get very hot, the tv is near impossible to figure out, and the downstairs smelled very very musty. Some dehumidifiers are in order for sure. Management was great to work with and check in/out went super smooth. Mammoth is amazing; the condo is just ok.

But this time I just had to. My family of 10 stayed here very comfortable. The place was very nice and clean, very spacious for all 10 of us. Location was nicely located also. Very close to market and restaurants. The 2 parking spaces located in front of building was great. Overall awesome stay, wife and kids enjoyed it. Would recommend to friends and we will definitely return.

Kudos to the owner for having ample dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, etc. But, there were only two garbage cans between the four BRs and three BAs. Need to buy five more. Also, the BRs desperately need more and brighter lights. We could not see in the BRs even with the lights on.

Comfortable beds and living room furniture, new kitchen appliances. Overall this property needs a lot of TLC, but hopefully all the paint cans in the cabinets indicate the start of maintenance and updating work in progress. A suggestion for the management company: please send the check in list the day before booked arrival. (We were already on the road when that email came and we learned we needed to have brought spa towels.)

However, the parking situation is terrible. There are no assigned spots and many cars without parking permits. Therefore, whether you have a parking pass or not, parking may not be available since parking is not regulated there. I called the reservation office who is ultimately not responsible for the parking situation. Rather, the property manager of the entire complex is in charge of parking. Basically, nothing was done to regulate the parking issue. So if you plan on staying at this complex, make sure to arrive early to claim a spot.

Great spot

Great condo close to town with plenty of space, beds, and kitchenware. Could have used ten towels (since the place is advertised as sleeping ten), and basics like coffee filters and some dish soap (not just dishwasher pods). Also, maybe some new lightbulbs in the bedrooms- they were very dimly lit to the point that it was difficult to see. But, overall good location and served its purpose as a place to sleep after long days of skiing.

Needs a Remodel for the Price

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As we entered the property we could tell by the front door that what was inside needed major update especially the kitchen. The oven was very old and cooked unevenly, and the large front burner didn’t work. The bottom rack in the dishwasher didn’t fit properly so you could not even pull it out or push in and it was extremely hard when it was full of dishes, that too was very old. Many of the glasses and dishes we would pull out of the cabinets would not be thoroughly cleaned. The refrigerator’s bottom half didn’t get very cold either. One of the downstairs bathroom sinks was clogged from the minute we got there and all three bathrooms are old with stained shower pans. The doors, walls, molding were in bad condition. Most of the blinds were ripped and crooked. Some of the kitchen chairs were torn and wobbly. The carpet was dark brown but appeared to be pretty dirty and I was uncomfortable having our grandkids sitting and laying on it. The best thing about this house was the bedroom set up and the beds were nice though the pillows were extremely flat and hard. It’s just that for the price we paid I usually get a much nicer house. The rental company was good but I don’t think they ever go and check out the condition of these properties.

Mammoth Cabin Review

The location of this place is not too far from Mammoth mountain and Vons, which is nice. The cabin is incredibly spacious. However, one major issue I had was with the parking. We were supposed to have two assigned parking spaces and from the moment we arrived, there was an unknown car parked in between what appeared to be two spaces next to our cabin. The neighbor next door didn’t know who’s truck was there, and they also had trouble having two spaces because between the two cabins, there’s only enough space for 3 cars. Parking spaces were not labeled, so it’s basically a free for all and people take whichever space they can get. I think the property management should put signs on the spaces so it’s clear where people can and cannot park for each cabin specifically.

Good time but not great parking

Great location, bunk beds were quite uncomfortable for the people who slept there, only receive 2 parking passes for a 4 bedroom home which is very unaccommodating when you have friends who also have to fit snowboards in their car causing there to be more cars and there is no overflow parking lot near by. Received tow warning but was not towed.

Fantastic Family Time

The home we stayed in was very nice. We love Mammoth and really enjoy the lakes in the summertime. We will definitely stay in this place again. I We just wish the people before us would have left the place as clean as we did when we checked out.

We also saw a mouse in the house! We called the reservation people to report it and someone came to set mouse traps. The mouse was not caught during our stay. Hopefully they got it and no one else will see the mouse running across the floor and downstairs.

Great condo!

This was a great condo for our group! Ages ranging from adults, teenagers, and young kids. It was nice to be able to put the littles to bed downstairs and not have the noise from upstairs be disrupting. Only negative was not being able to get a 3rd parking pass. With such a large group, we had 3 cars and 1 car always had to park on the street. Other than that, this was a great condo!

Really nice 4 bedroom

Enjoyed our stay Great space, could have had a few more pots and pans for cooking. Only negative is the neighbor lady that lives two homes down. She kept threatening to tow cars even though there is no assigned parking not even in front of her condo. Other than that we had a good stay. One other recommendation when renting a 4 bedroom place most groups will have 3 cars.
