The property and our guest experience there exceeded not only my actual expectations, but also anything I would have dreamed up if I had a more vivid imagination! The cottage is perfectly situated in Dunedin -- which is a pretty perfect place itself -- and was a very convenient and welcome home base for a bunch of family business in the Clearwater area. Such a terrific location - close to everything AND quiet! The home is completely updated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the baths are gorgeous.
