Villa Manatee is a beautiful waterfront vacation home in SW Cape Coral.

With Villa Manatee as your base, you will be close to shopping, restaurants and plenty of golf.
Cape Coral has been known as a Waterfront Wonderland for many years. Extensive canal systems in close proximity to the Caloosahatchee River and the Mexican Gulf bring visitors from all over the world to enjoy a carefree lifestyle. With over 400 miles of canals, Cape Coral has more miles of canals than any other city anywhere – including Venice, Italy!

Villa Manatee is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa in one of the best locations in SW Cape Coral. Located on a spacious corner lot with gorgeous views over the canals. The big lanai has a lovely pool and a spacious under-roof dining area. There is an outdoor shower by the pool as well.

Villa Manatee was built in 1995 and renovated in 2021-23. The Villa offers a total of 1817 sq ft, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, spacious walk-in closet and direct access to the pool area. The master bathroom has a spacious shower, a separate bathtub, his and hers sinks and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV and closet space. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds and closet space. The two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom.

In the heart of the house, you will find the spacious and open living room surrounded by the formal dinner area, the kitchen and a breakfast corner. The living room has a larger TV with DVD player including a Surround system and spacious sofa space.

The kitchen was upgraded with new amenities in 2023 and is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, and everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside in the lanai, there is a gas BBQ grill.

The villa offers free WiFi if you want to use your computer, tablet or smartphone.

The villa has a big garage with enough space to park two cars. There are 2 bicycles available as well for our guests to use.

Everything about this property was amazing. It was just as described. The pool was clean and warm. This has been a bucket list trip and I was not disappointed. Close enough to beaches and restaurants, but far enough away to never hear the noise of the city.Loved every minute of it. PS I gave the communication with the management 3 stars only because we never spoke with them.

The home was lovely. It was very clean and was stocked with everything you could ever need. The pool was always warm and the landscaping was beautiful. We had a wonderful relaxing time and can't wait to go back again.

My wife and I spent two weeks at this lovely house. Great location at the end of the canal for watching the boats going by. The pool is a saltwater pool, which was very enjoyable to use. The house is well-furnished, and the communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. We spent many enjoyable hours on the lanai relaxing and reading. We highly recommend Villa Manatee.

Beautiful Villamantee

The home was just as shown in the photos! The home had everything we needed from kitchen equipment to beach towels and pool floats. The pool was clean and outdoor area had plenty of seating including lounge chairs. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a great location. We will be back!

Bed bugs

When we arrived the house is picture perfect. It looked clean, what we thought was odd is most of the lights were on including the stereo, but very beautiful home. First morning waking up we have a few bites on our legs but we blamed them on (no see ums) we met that morning with the manager and we had the a/c turned off and we had the doors open and a very nice warm breeze was flowing through the house. Manager shows us all the light switches and we tell him we'd like the water fountain turned on in the pool which he does but states people complain the noise makes people want to pee.... Morning 2 wake up with even more bites on our legs, we call management and they said because we had the doors open we invited no see ums in the house and we also killed a cockroach. We informed them that we were getting bit on the couch and the bed. My wife and i went and bought chemicals, washed all the bedding and again day 3 we had more bits. We called and text management team and they never got back with us. We washed and sprayed chemicals 3 days in a row with no relief switched rooms our last night and we didn't get bit. We told them upon checking out that we killed a few cockroachs and different bug and they said that is normal in florida. We've been coming to Cape Coral for 10+ years and never had that. Sorry for long post. Just disappointed management didnt take things serious being such a beautiful home.

Har firat jul och nyår och njutit av fantastiska dagar i detta fina, rymliga och fräscha hus. Verkligen bästa läget i hörnet av kanalsystemet med trevlig båttrafik. Lata dagar vid poolen och mysiga utflykter. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus.

Schöner Blick auf den Kanal,ruhige Lage und angenehme Nachbarschaft.Ausstattung etwas dürftig, für 6 Personen 2 Liegen , Handtücher schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen…. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Anwesen . Gute Betreuung durch den Verwalter Bodo !
