Welcome to your ski in ski out mountain retreat in the heart of Breckenridge! This sixth-floor penthouse unit (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals) offers 1,200 square feet of pure comfort and a charming ski town ambiance that will make you feel right at home.
As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the newly remodeled kitchen, a culinary haven equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite home-cooked meals. Glassware, dishware and cooking utensils are all at your fingertips. Prepare your feast with modern appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. Dine in style at the high countertop bar with seating for four or gather around the spacious dining table with room for six, creating memories over delicious meals.
After a day of adventure in the mountains, sink into one of the two plush couches in the living area. Whether you're indulging in a movie night on the 50 inch flat screen HDTV (with a Blu-ray DVD) or immersing yourself in a captivating book with a steaming cup of cocoa, the cozy gas fireplace will keep you warm and snug.
On sunny days, and during the exquisite summer months, step out onto your private balcony and bask in its breathtaking mountain views. It's the perfect spot to soak up the beauty of Breckenridge's surroundings.
The newly remodeled bathrooms, adorned with beautiful tile throughout, invite you to enjoy a refreshing and rejuvenating hot shower after a day of outdoor adventures. Next, retreat to the master bedroom, where a King bed adorned with mountain-inspired bedding awaits. This spacious sanctuary also boasts a 32 inch flat screen TV, desk with storage and two dressers for your convenience.
Next, the second bedroom offers a Queen bed enveloped in comfortable bedding and ensures a restful night's sleep while the third bedroom, located upstairs, is a charming nook furnished with a Twin Bunk bed - perfect for night owls who want to stay up late without disturbing others. Including the Queen sofa sleeper located in the living room, this three bedroom two bath unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
For those seeking even more relaxation and recreation, wander over to the seasonally accessible Upper Village Pool Complex - located just across the street. Here an indoor/outdoor heated pool, oversize hot tubs, changing rooms and a tranquil sun tanning area await. (Seasonal access subject to Spring/Fall closures).
