Very nice, well kept place with excellent atmosphere

The 'Manor' is a nice, clean unit. The groundskeeping is excellent and the common areas are beautiful to look at. Decent view of the marina and plenty of glass to look out of. Very nice little enclosed veranda to relax on. I'd rent it again.

We had a great time at this property. My husband snorkels and Pennekamp was close enough to the townhouse to allow him to bike there. Close to several good restaurants. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. Curved widescreen TV, tiled shower off the upstairs bedrooms and stocked with everything we could need for an enjoyable getaway. We would stay there again.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a gated community and it is very safe with great sunset views. One hour from MIA and 2.5 hours from Key West. The condo was dated, but clean and the owner had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool is excellent and great for kids, plus a nice rec room and fire pit. There is a dock to fish off of and you can occasionally see nurse sharks, manatees and sting rays swimming at night or first light. The only negatives were the two beds that definitely need to be replaced and the guy running the loud gas leaf blower in the mornings is so annoying. Location is close to parasailing, snorkeling cruises and jet ski rentals, but there is no beach or one near this property. There is a Publix Grocery store nearby and a few good restaurants.

Just Lovely!

We've been coming down to the Keys for years, but this was our first stay at Moon Bay. We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and well equipped. We were able to easily get in and acquainted with the surrounding area. We enjoyed the pool, cooking on the grills with the other residents, watching sunsets on the dock, using the kayaks...on and on. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice Get Away!

Manatee Manor was great. It’s an easy place to…kick off your shoes, bob in the pool, kayak or read a book. The kitchen has pots galore & a few basic spices, so food prep was easy. Exploring the laid-back pace of the FL Keys was just the mid-winter break we needed. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Moon Bay Townhouse

Moon Bay is a residence facility with condos and townhouses. We rented a two bedroom townhouse. The grounds are well manicured, there is a nice size heated pool and an adjoining kiddie pool. The pool was just steps from our lanai. There were boat docks, with a tiki hut perfect for gathering for a sunset view. All the guests / residence were extremely friendly and inviting. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach front, took a few kayak rides on an available tandem, so relaxed I took a siesta on one of the hammocks! The townhouse unit we rented was well appointed with all the comforts of home with a laid back old Keys vibe. Air conditioning, wifi, internet, large TV, large master, new appliances, and washer / dryer. Within minutes of some of the best restaurants in Key Largo and Pennecamp state park. On MM104, it was only an hour drive from Miami International. Would highly recommend.

Moon bay never disappoints

All the comforts of home in paradise. Fully stocked kitchen with nothing missing. Step right outside of unit to pool and and amazing water front views.
