Beautiful property and amazing host. From check in to check out everything was seamless and stress free. The house is brand new and very well appointed. Ideal location and still very private. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again next time.

Beautiful property in wonderful location. We loved the view from the front deck. Really enjoyed the Schoodic loop drive and Schoodic trails nearby. Got fresh lobsters at the Lobstore and made them at the property which was incredible. Nice kitchen and dining area. Could use some more curtains in the main bedroom so the second bedroom can’t see into the primary bedroom at night.

Great location! Loved we were close enough to get to the hub of action but also far enough away to avoid big crowds. Property is beautiful! Enjoyed spending evenings on the deck and walking down to the water for sunset!

House is near Schoodic part of Arcadia. The shower hot water did not work until last day at house. Property managers response was “turn handle all the way to hot”.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the trouble you experienced with the shower’s hot water during your stay. When you first reached out, our maintenance engineer provided guidance on the shower valve and offered to come by if the issue continued. When we heard from you the following morning, he returned to the property with a plumber within an hour and a half to investigate further. They identified the valve position needed for the boiler to activate properly, and we offered to send our property manager back to assist if needed. We’re sorry this caused frustration during your stay and would have welcomed the opportunity to ensure everything was working properly for you.

The property was very clean and modern, especially for the price. The location itself was excellent with quick and easy travel to many destinations in the area. Over the course of our 6 day vacation, we found something new and fun to do every day all within an hour drive from the house. There is a nice easy path down to the rocky waterfront, where my son enjoyed playing the the sand and walking along the rocks.Note: GPS does not seem to know how to get to the property correctly, the host provides easy to follow directions to get you there once you are in town.Excellent location, excellent value, and very responsive host. I cannot recommend this property more.

Absolutely Beautiful. A wonderful place to stay, and a wonderful host. The entire process was smooth. The pictures can’t capture the beauty of the location. I highly recommend you pick this place to stay. I’d give it 10 stars if possible. So thankful we got the opportunity to stay here. Clean home, comfortable beds, relaxing environment and beautiful scenery. Worth it 100%. Make this place your stay. I hope I get to return one day.

We loved this gem! The view & solitude were priceless. Everything in home was new, and the architecture enhanced the experience. Perfect for one couple, or two, if one full bath is not an issue; it exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely go back in a heartbeat! Close enough to drive into Bar Harbor, but we did take the ferry one day-well worth it. Maine sunsets & starry nights were exquisite as well! Hosts were on top of everything & responded quickly to questions- much appreciated!

We stayed here for our Anniversary trip and the property was beautiful! The house is well built and had comfortable amenities throughout. With an hour drive to Bar Harbor, you are far enough away from the tourists and chaos. Stay here and enjoy the Schoodic Peninsula side of Acadia National Park. You won't regret it!

One of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed in! Our hostess supplied us with all the information about the house and surrounding area. Questions were answered promptly. A lovely welcome basket was waiting. This is a property I would love to return to yearly!

Beautiful! Stunning location if you enjoy gorgeous sunrises and starry nights. We spent two days at Acadia, but liked Schoodic much more, and it’s just minutes down the road. Great trails all around and so much to see. Conveniently located and excellent dinners every night: the Tree House for a quiet dinner and good wine, Mosquito Harbor Brewery, and the excellent Wrinkled Pickle!! And heading back to this Winter Harbor gem every night to watch the tides … amazing! Highly recommended.

Brand new, this impeccable home boasts an open floor plan that includes a cozy living with ample seating; a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for simple breakfasts to full-course dinners; a separate dining room; and a powder room off the kitchen. Numerous sliders with screens invite the crisp Maine air indoors, and bi-level decks enhance the living spaces for enjoying morning coffee or sundowner cocktails. The sun's reflection off the sparkling bay is enjoyed from the two upstairs bedrooms, begging a walk down the pine needle path to the rocky shore.No detail has been overlooked in this extraordinary gem in Downeast Maine!
