Sundowner Condominium T12 (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals) is located within the coveted Four O'Clock Neighborhood in Breckenridge, situated within walking distance to the Snowflake Lift and the Four O'Clock Ski Run. This multi-level unit offers unparalleled convenience with a Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop just steps away and Main Street a mere block from your doorstep, granting you easy access to all the wonders that Breckenridge has to offer.

Perched on the third floor of the Sundowner Condominium Complex (NOTE! No Elevator Access!), this one-bedroom plus loft, two-bathroom condominium can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open layout adorned with tongue and groove vaulted ceilings, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The living room boasts ample seating, with a large couch and side chair providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
