The property was extremely dirty, hair allover the floor and in the beds. Broken bags of trash beside the house within the property fence. Beds were broken upon arrival and all the beds broke while laying down at some point. Property is poorly maintained and the renovation appears to be done by non professional people. The photos in the listing are extremely enhanced for better sales. I feel the property is grossly overpriced and exaggerated in its online listing. You can tell property is used for rental purposes only and very poorly managed. As a large property owner myself and someone who travels a lot I would be extremely embarrassed to rent this property to anyone. I feel the listing should be pulled by VRBO and the other listings by this company should be reviewed.

The house is beautiful, I really wanted to leave a great review, but the washer broke on the first day, we reported it right away, they didn’t send anyone until the 5th day and still wasn’t fixed, we ran out of clean clothes as it was listed as having washer and dryer…their excuse was “due to availability” but I called myself around on the 3rd day and found many appliance companies willing to come out the SAME day (even gave them the numbers of those companies) still waited 2 more days before sending someone out…we just left a day early as we literally didn’t have any clothes left to wear…nice house but pray nothing breaks as they won’t fix it…
