SCAMMERS! FRAUDULENT LISTING! We got a refund bc the listing advertises pictures that are NOT the unit they are renting, which is a direct violation of VRBO's policy. The unit is filthy, bugs, hair, droppings, rust, black mold, stains everywhere, etc.

Dear Guest, As noted in our listing, while the suite size booked is always guaranteed, individual room layouts may vary based on availability, which is standard practice in the hospitality industry. We did not receive any communication during your stay regarding concerns with the accommodations or your early departure. Had we been notified, we would have been happy to assist with housekeeping or relocated you to another available two-bedroom suite. Unfortunately, we were only informed after checkout. As for the refund issued it was for the unused nights, as they were successfully rebooked, and a partial refund was extended as a goodwill gesture. We regret your felt that you did not have a good experience, as many guests have enjoyed their stays with us through the years, and we always strive to provide a positive experience for all visitors.

This is an old, housekeeping style hotel with a clean pool, free parking and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Roberto was helpful getting us checked in.However, many things in the rooms do not work, are dirty, old, need replacement or are just worn out. We had a two bedroom room on the second floor (so we were lucky to have a balcony) but only two of the burners on the stove worked (these even had to be lit with a match as the igniter was broken on both burners), the WiFi in the room was inconsistent and often did not work, the D/W leaked water so was not usable, the couch in the living room was broken down and completely worn out. There were many rough repair patches on the walls, rusty fixtures, damaged floor tiles, taps with the chrome plating peeling off, a missing smoke alarm in the master bedroom etc. No supplies are provided - not even the basic items like paper towels, salt and pepper, sugar, kleenex etc. We brought our concerns to the attention of the office staff on our first morning and they promised to look into things, especially the stove, D!W and WiFi, but no one made any repairs during our 4 day stay. Of the many VRBO properties that we have stayed in over the years, this was absolutely the most disappointing.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify a few points. All standard amenities are provided as listed in our property description; any additional items are typically the guest’s responsibility. Regarding safety features, there are smoke alarms installed in both bedrooms—one mounted on the wall and the other on the ceiling. We understand that placement can sometimes make them less noticeable, but please be assured they are present and functional. When maintenance concerns were reported, our maintenance team promptly inspected the burners and dishwasher. The burners were repaired, and while the dishwasher required a pipe replacement, we chose not to disrupt your stay and scheduled the repair for later. Our WiFi, managed by Comcast, showed no reported outages at the time, though we regret any inconvenience experienced. Cleanliness remains a top priority, with each suite thoroughly cleaned between stays and on-site housekeeping available. Due to our oceanfront, tropical location, minor rust from salt air exposure may occur but this does not reflect our maintenance standards. Had we been informed during your stay that the suite did not meet your expectations, we would have gladly arranged a room change. We value our guests and regret that your experience did not fully reflect the standards many others have enjoyed. Thanks again for staying with us and we appreciate the opportunity to have hosted you.
