Franconia Village

We stayed 4 nights very close to the village walking and biking distance. Nice hike at foxhill by the gale river also walking distance. Short drive to Littleton with cool shops and restaurants. Local to cannon mountain, flume gorge , and popular attractions. Quiet little neighborhood.

Perfect Rental White Mountains

Stayed with family for a hike up in the whites. Perfect place for a stay. Were able to cook a nice meal in the kitchen without issue. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Would definitely recommend.

Patrick and Nicole’s apartment was very easy to access and is near a lot of great activities! The check in process was simple and Patrick was communicative throughout our stay.

Cannon Mountain

The property is located in a great spot for accessing local attractions. We were expecting one of the rooms to have two queen beds based on the listing, but that didn’t affect our stay. The owners were very responsive with handling issues during our stay.

Well first off the ad on VRBO is inaccurate. It’s not entire house it’s an apartment. The pictures show entire house. Then once you get the information to be able to check in the place it tells you a unit number. Some of the outlets do not work. The batteries in the tv remote were corroded had to purchase new ones to be able to watch tv. We booked this place going off the fact that it said entire house and we thought it would not have a lot of stairs since I was bringing my elderly parent who has trouble going up stairs. All the window were unlocked and open. We could not figure out why the place was not getting warm. Also there was food and iced left in the freezer and we barely could put are frozen food away. There was also apple cider left in the fridge when we arrived. Other then that is was not a horrible stay.

Pros: decent location to getting places around the North Country (though a dingy building among other dingy buildings) and clean in the sense of no dust around or dirty counters or bathroom. Cons: sad and dingy and no attention to details to make a stay comfortable: old, used furniture, squeaky beds, perma-stain on the couches that also had a perma-smell, old blankets on the beds, top sheet was folded on top of beds and not made into the beds, 7 places to sleep and 6 pillows in the whole place, broken clock, broken curtain rods, window ac in two bedrooms and no where else, Smoke detector was wrapped in duct tape... just not a comfortable stay at all. Nice enough hosts, but would not recommend this rental. Maybe college students wouldn't care?

This house was a clean, convenient place for my friends and I to stay while we explored New Hampshire for the weekend. 4 stars because the hot tub shown in the photos is only available to the lower apartment, which was misleading on the listing, and the stove only had one working burner.

Great apartment

Confusing check out. Email said 11 am but then we were texted that morning that check-out was 10 am. Just be aware check-out is 10 am, and you may not get to use the jacuzzi if the other floor is using it. Besides those minor things, this is a beautiful apartment in a great location.

Everything you could want from a home away from home. Very convenient location and well appointed apartment. Didn't have a chance to use the Jacuzzi since we were so busy in the area. Easy check-in. Responsive hosts. Would stay again if we're in the area.
