When it is time to take a break from the hectic pace of life and find the perfect vacation home, look no further than "time out" here! This delightful house is situated next to the nicest beach in Hvar and it makes it an ideal location for an enjoyable vacation.
Great for families with kids, but also for couples or a group of friends, offers many facilities to enjoy.
It is modern, tastefully decorated 2-floor house, both with ensuite shower rooms.

This house has its own outdoor swimming pool, a private gym in a separate place next to the house, 2 terraces, one of which has bbq grill.

On the upper floor of the house, there is a kitchen with all the appliances you'll need, dining room with TV , and with a table which seats 8. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy your lunch or your dinner too. Also on the upper level, there is a queen bedroom which has access to a full bathroom.

The down floor has another queen bedroom, a smaller bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with huge sofa, and of course, another TV.

The terrace in front of the house is huge and is equipped with deck chairs, etc.

There is a pool, a hot tub and a bbq behind it.

A hot tub is the perfect solution for taking a dip when the evening comes. What better way to enjoy the mediterranean night sky than from the warmth and serenity of an outdoor hot tub?

The gym is well equipped, with barbells, kettle bells, exercise bike, bench, stability ball, treadmill, elliptical, etc.

The place provides 2 parking spots in front of the house.
