Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all trash in the bags provided and place the bags in the black open bin under the car port.
Turn off all electronics. TV, AC and all lights.
Hang all used towels in the bathroom. Rinse food off of dishes and leave them in the sink, we will wash them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property was perfect for my stay near Daytona Beach. I was in town to visit my son, so I just needed a quiet, clean place to sleep at the end of the day. The neighborhood was nice - safe to exercise in the morning with sidewalks on the main road and not a lot of traffic back in the neighborhoods. The unit was clean and easy to access, the host was very communicative and incredibly easy to work with. Compared to local hotel prices, this place was a steal.
