Lovely property, great for three ladies on a girls weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Living room furniture was comfy as well. It was so nice eac having a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. Beach access was super convenient. Only complaint was that the coded door lock was a bit tricky - extra instructions would be helpful.

Family Beach Vacation

This is a great location and property for our larger family. The parking is convenient and the proximity to the beach and to the town is perfect. It's nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Perfect place

Quiet beach area, listen to the waves from the balcony. Hot tub a huge plus. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable. Walk to the Sugar Shack for ice cream or across the dunes to the beach. Loved it!

Easy check in/out. Tybee Island Rentals and Dan very accomodating when we were worried about hurricane and late arrival. Parking spots tight with larger vehicles but was expected.

Wonderful

This condo is in a great location. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation right on the beach. I love sitting on the back deck and watching the waves. The hot tub was perfect for us. The unit is clean and has everything you need. Parking was easy and the check in/out was a breeze. We would love to stay here again!!

Loved our condo!

View of the ocean from the balcony was great! We loved the short walk out to the beach directly from our condo. Private deck was nice with the hot tub. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed every minute. Very nice sized bedrooms and plenty of room for our family of 4. Would stay again! Recommend going to huck-a-poos for drinks and pizza :)

Exactly as advertised!

The place was immaculate, EXACTLY as pictured and advertised. We had everythung we needed for a GREAT few days near the shore. (Except salt and pepper, but seriously, that was IT!) We had all the cookware, dinner and serving items, towels, extra blankets, an iron for when we went out to dinner...just PERFECT!

Location to see waves and sand

We travel alot and the place was great they thought of things for everyone and that made it special. THE LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE COULDN'T SEE SAND OR WAVES. WE GO TO THE GULF ALWAYS AND IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. WANT GO TO THAT SIDE EVER AGAIN.

Thanksgiving with Family at Tybee

Nice place, right on beach. Hot tub on deck was nice. Give it a day to heat up. Three bathrooms were helpful. Great service. Water was off when we arrived at 9:30 Wed night before Thanksgiving. We called the after hours number, and water was on by 1:00 am. Nice save guys! Very clean. Would come again. Kam and Debra Malone

The entire family loved staying in this condo! We had everything we needed for a week at the beach, including an excellent North Beach location. Close enough to all of the activities without all of the chaos! The kitchen was well-stocked and the management company provided all of the basics to get us started. Literally, all you need to bring are your clothes and beach towels! The only downfall, no grilling. But there was a large George Foreman grill to use. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. We are coming back next year!!

Tybee Island Refuge

We had to forego a Caribbean vacay because of the coronavirus so we decided to try Tybee Island as a location we could drive to and chose a condo that was away from large resorts. Even during Spring Break the beach in front of the beach was sparsely populated. The condo itself was very nice but the large palm trees in front of the unit blocked most of the view. The kids loved the hot tub. Would definitely love to come back to this particular stretch of Tybee Island, but probably not this particular unit. The rental company was wonderful and very responsive, the only problem was not receiving any check in info before the day of check in, but after leaving a few messages I received several calls back!

Unit is fine; the view is not as described

The listing description for this unit currently states that you’ll have a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. This is not entirely true. You have a view of the palm trees and dunes directly in front of you, with glimpses of the ocean beyond. Because this unit is so low on first level, you can’t see the waves breaking ashore, or see the birds swooping down over the water. The sliding glass door leading to the balcony was covered top to bottom in handprint smudges and smears when we arrived at the unit. For the amount I paid to rent this unit, it should have been pristine. The location of the unit is great since the beach there was never crowded. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths is a plus. However, I was promised a spectacular view. This is the first time I’ve ever been in an oceanfront property where you can’t truly see a lot of the ocean. Very disappointing. I feel robbed.

Great place, poor management follow-through

Our stay was for 2 nights. I wanted to sit in a hot tub on the Beach. Check in was super easy, the location was great and the place was nice. Upon arrival, I checked the hot tub temperature because per a previous review, the temp had been a problem. I assumed that, that was a one-time mistake and would’ve been corrected. The temp in the hot tub was at 76 degrees, way cold especially for a 60 degree day with a cold breeze. I called the management company and expressed my concerns and she laughed and said they would send the maintenance man to come check it. I told her I was heading to dinner in 30 minutes and asked if he’d be there while I was gone and she said it might be tomorrow morning. I was only staying 2 nights! I expressed that, that was unacceptable and she got him to come very quickly. He checked everything, it was working fine and the problem was that no one had come to turn the temp up And that tomorrow it would be warm. I called the management company and told them that it wasn’t ok and that I had to leave for a reservation for dinner and they assured me 3 times on the phone that they would check in with me that evening to see if it had warmed up and if not they would move me to another location. NEVER heard from them. By time I got back from dinner it was late and my small child needed to get to bed. The hot tub was enjoyable the next day, but part of my stay that I paid a lot for was wasted. I called after my stay to see if they would like to work with me on my dissatisfaction of my stay. I was told the manager was out that day and that she would call me the following day- Guess what! NO call- big surprise... So, I guess my review is that the place was nice and the management company is readily available, but has no follow-through on problem solving. I’m grateful I didn’t have a very pressing problem.

Family Vacation - July 11-18, 2020

We enjoyed visiting Tybee Island and the Savannah area. We were told that we may be able to check in a little earlier so when we arrived at 2 pm the Condo was not ready. This was perfectly fine since the original check-in time is 4 pm. We were then told that they would call us as soon as the property was ready and do not go to the property until they called. At 4 pm we still had not received a call so we drove to the property just to check to see if it was ready. Our door code would not work so I called the rental company. The lady just said well we will call you when it is ready. She did not even take the time to check anything or make any calls. At 5:20 pm I called the rental property again and was told that she tried to call me at 4:44 and did not get an answer. I had my phone in my hand the entire time and it did not ring, we were sitting in the parking lot in our car waiting. She told me the property was ready. I tried the door code that was given to me at check-in, it did not work. The rental company closes at 5:30. I tried calling but no answer. I called the after-hours emergency number and was told that they had 70 units to turn around that day, they have been very busy and a lot of the codes were not working. He would send someone to help us but then asked me what code I was using. I read the number to him and the rental unit had written on my check-in package. They had written the wrong code on our package. He gave me the correct code and said that we could have checked in earlier but he was very sorry for the mistake. Needless to say, we were very upset and very hot riding around Tybee Island and then having to sit in our car until we finally got into the condo at 5:45pm. The next day we were without power for 3 hours and 45 minutes. We had a very rocky start to our vacation but then the rest of the week went great. The condo was very nice and accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. We enjoyed the unit and the beach. The parking for this unit worked great too. One suggestion: The beach access needs to be a little more accessible. It was very hard to find the way down to the beach at first. When we did find the boardwalk, it was a very tight fit to walk between the building and the a/c unit to access the boardwalk.

The unit itself was great although the microwave should be checked out to ensure it’s operating properly (the display was flashing when we got there and while we were able to get it to work eventually, it took some patience. Very disappointed that we were not able to use the hot tub. It was turned off when we arrived and the initial temperature was 73 degrees. It did not reach a suitable temperature until the morning of our departure so was not used at all. Also the elevator was turned off and one of our party was handicapped and this made navigating the stairs very difficult for him. We noted in the visitors logbook that the previous renters (who were there for two weeks) complained about the same issue. We contacted the management firm upon check in but they did not provide any real support. For example - “Oh yes it can take a LONG time for the hot tub to heat up”, and with the elevator - one response was “Oh, that’s the HOA’s responsibility” and the next day - “Oh, it’s STILL not working?” And the person I spoke to on the phone would hang up mid conversation - it felt like he really did not care about our issues.

Four Birthdays Celebration

My sisters and 8 year old niece planned this vacation for many months. We wanted some place that was quiet but by the water and this place fit the bill 100%!! We all had a room . bathroom, the kitchen was very well equipped and the view from the balcony was excellent. We are already talking about next year and maybe inviting more family.
