• 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: This must be completed within 24 hours of booking to receive your check-in codes.

This property is a sanctuary for respectful guests. We enforce the following strictly:

• 𝐒𝐌𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 & 𝐕𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆: No tobacco or cannabis use anywhere on the premises (indoors or outdoors). $200 fee + immediate eviction.

1. 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 & 𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒: No unauthorized visitors or events. Only registered guests are permitted on-site.

• 𝐍𝐎 𝐏𝐄𝐓𝐒: To maintain an allergy-friendly environment, pets are strictly prohibited. $600 penalty.

• 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐀 𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆: Covering or disabling exterior security cameras results in a $500 penalty and immediate termination of the stay.

Violation of any of these policies will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all payments.
