Perfect stay for our family of four

This property was clean and just as described. The walk to the beach was short and simple, and the chairs and beach accessories provided were great. My only wish is that they had regular cable not cable that runs off WiFi bc it was spotty, the only reason I say this is bc it rained a lot while we were there. Other than that, no complaints at all. Store and restaurants were fairly close as well. We loved this property and will be back.

Great Location

Loved everything about the house. Only problem was the combination they sent for door lock was not right. Called property Mgr and they quickly responded with code for a lock box that had a key. Except for that, it was a great experience.

Great house, disappointing city

House is amazing! Clean, full of natural light, comfortable beds, great appliances. The house is perfect, although it is a little farther from the beach than advertised (It is 7 minutes from beach, not 3 minutes). Check-in was stressful because the code we received was wrong. We had to text/call customer service and they were not quickly responsive. After traveling 6 hours by car you don’t want to have trouble entering the house. But eventually it works out. The city is very disappointing. Beach is dirty and trucks run often in the beach displaying Confederate flags and offenses to the President. There was a parade of golf carts on Saturday morning displaying the same offensive flags - noisy and unnecessary. Also, there is not enough restaurants in the city - options to eat are very few. I did not feel safe at the city due to this racist vibe. Although the home is amazing, I will never come back or recommend Crystal Beach to anyone.

Ceiling fans need to be cleaned and shower liners need to be replaced. Carpet was dirty. Was a little disappointed since the reviews were good and a cleaning fee is paid.

What a great time we had staying at Afternoon DLite! Very close to the beach & so convenient to be able to drive your vehicle right to the spot you want to hang out at & bring all you beach gear with you w/o having to haul it from your vehicle to beach spot! The house was clean, the bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped ( needs a toaster) & the accommodations were updated . We would definitely return to this home!

Just what we needed

This house was absolutely amazing. The rental company was extremely helpful and attentive. The location was PERFECT with beach access right down the road. The house has absolutely everything you could need or ask for, including a DVD player and a extensive movie collection which is so nice because sometimes it’s nice to curl up and watch a movie in the evenings after a relaxing stroll on the beach. SO many homeowners miss this mark on having some Type of entertainment available at the home for nights or rainy days. The master has a king size bed that is VERY comfortable which is a HUGE HUUGE perk to me. So many home owners scrimp in that area and put a tiny broke down bed in their houses. I’m sorry but nothing will ruin a vacation faster than getting an uncomfortable unrest full nights sleep. This bed made me realize just how much I am in need of replacing my own personal mattress at home, that should tell you something. Also, the house has plenty of extra covers, pillows AND additional fans. All of these things show exactly how wonderful and attentive the homeowner is. I assure you all the extras were noticed and very much appreciated. Thank you so very much for a fantastic experience..We will absolutely be looking into staying here again.
