Take a break and unwind at this peaceful 7 acre oasis. We are 5 minutes to the FoxHall resort, 10 minutes to the Little Vine Vinyard & Winery, 20 minutes to Serenbe and just 30 minutes to the airport and the Six Flags Over Georgia theme park.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the trash outside of the front door.
Place used towels in the bathtub.
Set thermostat to Heat (not EHT) and set temperature to 65 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are not permitted to send or receive mail using the property’s address or use the swimming pool attached to the main house.
Only guest added to the reservation may check-in. You will be charged $40 per night for each undeclared guest, and the reservation could be cancelled.
You are assuming responsibility for any other losses that you may incur due to you doing something wrong, including not following the House rules.
