Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the stay did not meet your expectations. We always do our best to provide a comfortable experience and to address any concerns during a guest’s stay. For clarity, the home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests, and we reached out simply because the reservation appeared to have more guests than the property allows. This is a standard policy we apply consistently to help ensure the safety, comfort, and proper use of the home. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family all the best.
