The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash is located on the side of the garage. Please lock all doors upon departure and turn off lights.
Housekeeping will arrive shortly after you depart around 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must provide their address and return vacation rental agreement via DocuSign to complete booking.
A $500 Refundable Property/Pet fee will be charged per reservation and returned if no damage occurs. $45/day/pet. 1 dog allowed up to 50 lbs.
