Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set the Thermostat when departing: Warm months: Set to 75 Cool months: Set to 65 Please make sure all used dishes are washed and put in their proper places Please close and lock all windows.
Please make sure to check-out on time. If you need some more time, please let the co-host know ahead of time.
Place all sheets and towels on the floor in the hallway. Please do not move furniture around. We ask that you please make sure the house is in the same way as it was when you arrived.

Wonderful stay at the Cozy Country Escape. Location is close to everything Greenville. The house is roomy, clean, and well-kept. Phillip is a fantastic host, who is accommodating and easily accessible. We will definitely stay again! Go Pirates!
