This inviting 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is perfectly located just minutes from world-class skiing at Telluride Ski Resort, grocery store, and the charm of downtown Telluride. Designed with families in mind, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome too.



Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, plenty of seating for family meals, and a spacious living room where everyone can relax after a day of adventure. Both bathrooms have been recently updated for comfort and convenience. The primary bath features double sinks and a steam shower and the guest bath has a spacious vanity and shower/tub combo.



Step outside to your own private deck, complete with outdoor seating and a grill—ideal for morning coffee, evening barbecues, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air.



This condo has access to a designated parking spot in the building driveway.
