Sanibel Island is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway, and Seashells of Sanibel Condominiums offer everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Located on West Gulf Drive, you’ll enjoy a short walk to deeded beach access along with community amenities such as a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and barbecue grills.
Unit 31 is beautifully updated with bright tropical décor, wood floors throughout, and an open design that feels light and welcoming. The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, flowing easily into a dining area and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom island, and plenty of room for gathering.
The primary suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a custom-tiled shower and tub combination. The guest bedroom offers two twin XL beds, flat screen TV, and a second bathroom with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. There is also in unit laundry.
Additional sleeping in with the queen sleeper sofa.
After a day of exploring Sanibel’s 23 miles of biking and hiking trails, world-class shelling beaches, or enjoying sailing, golf, and fishing, Unit 31 provides the perfect retreat to relax and recharge.
