The host kept in touch by email and provided phone number if we needed to contact her. The entrance to the property and left turn at the main house to the VRBO home is not well marked. The home was clean and well stocked. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The property is a working farm, so be ready to hear the rooster crow early in the morning and the goat guard dogs barking often and throughout the night. The bathroom could use a little work, the sink faucet had very slow water flow and it took a very long time for the hot water to reach the sink or tub. The toilet paper holder continued to fall off the cabinet it was mounted to. The living areas, kitchen and dining areas and bedrooms are soothingly comfortable and the views from the living and kitchen windows are peaceful. The turn-in road to the property is a short but steep C curve onto a dirt road that could use some maintenance. It isn't bad for a truck, SUV or jeep, but could be a little rough for a low to the ground car. The location is a short drive from Sonoita into the country. Overall I would rate this a great place to spend a few days.
